Koch Foods donates 20,000 pounds of chicken to support Carr Fire relief efforts

(Monday, August 27, 2018) Koch Foods, Inc., a poultry producer based in Chicago, will deliver 20,000 pounds of frozen poultry products to the Salvation Army of Shasta County, California. The donation will contribute toward more than 100,000 meals to the families displaced by the Carr Fire.

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to the people in Northern California living in areas affected by the fires,” said Koch Foods CEO Joseph Grendys.  “We’re grateful to support the communities affected by the Carr Fire and hope others will do the same.”
